RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our shipping, return & refund policy.

REFUND & REPRINTS

We have a 30 day refund and reprint policy..

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue.  Unfortunately, at this time we do not give refunds. Please send photo of product if there is an issue with the product to blackintelligenceapparel@gmail.com.  Management  may still  approve a refund if finding that the refund request meets their standard for the need of an refund.

Also be sure to check that all details within your shippinig address are correct before placing an order.  An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If You've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact blackintelligenceapparel@gmail.com
